This smoker is simple to use and easy to clean. There aren't any digital bells and whistles, but it has everything one needs to slow-cook delicious, moist, tender, smoke-flavored meat. Temperature control is dependable and easy to operate. The moisture tray, wood chip tray, and drip pan are easy to access and the entire unit is easy to clean, including the 3 light-weight grills. I've already smoked pork loin, whole chicken, and pork back ribs. All were fabulous. Simple is good!

This thing really heats up I had to lower the temperature to 2 because it will easily go over 250 degrees if you go higher, but it’s an amazing smoker

I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day he thinks I bought it for myself now I use it weekly ! It’s so easy to use and easy to clean . My husband eats like a king now .

Everything is great with it except some cosmetic dents.

Would be 5 stars except it came with a sent in the top although the box nor packing were damaged?
